• Brand Customer Order Data: When a customer buys your {Brand Name} from www.lsauve.co.uk, customer data will be sync with the secure L'SAUVE Partner app ( For example: Order no., Customer name, Billing & Shipping Address , qty ordered and price ) for the brand partner to fulfil the order via the app.

• Usage Data: We gather information about how you interact with our app or services, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device information.

• Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather data about your preferences and browsing behaviour.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

L’SAUVE Partners (App)

Data Access:
A brand will be onboarded with a member of the L’SAUVE Partner team via a secure Teams/Zoom call, which includes a detailed step-by-step guide. This will also be communicated through a secure email address (support@lsauvepartners.co.uk) hosted by GoDaddy + Microsoft. Each brand account will have a secure login to the L’SAUVE Partners app to access orders. This requires a name, email, and password. Upon successful login, brand owners will only have access to customer data relevant to their own orders. If there are no orders, no customer data will be available.

Data Handling:

To facilitate the setup of our marketplace app, L’SAUVE Partners, we may grant temporary access to our developers for API integration. This access will be revoked once the setup is complete to ensure the security of your data. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will only share it as necessary for the operation of the app.

Dropshipping Fulfillment:
When brand owners log into their L’SAUVE Partners account, they can access the ‘Orders and Fulfillment’ tab, where they can view and filter orders by date. They can open an order to view details (Order number, Products, Quantity, Price, Customer notes, Billing address, and Shipping address). The brand owner will prepare the order with their team, print the packing slip, and ship from their UK address.

Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. www.lsauvepartners.co.uk is hosted by framer. Our email address (support@lsauvepartners.co.uk) is hosted by Godaddy (Microsoft). Our domain name is also hosted by Godaddy.

Security Measures:
Each L’SAUVE Partners account will have secure login credentials. The app is built with solid, well-constructed code on an AWS server, which offers top-tier security measures. It is developed using PHP Laravel, which includes built-in protections against common vulnerabilities like SQL injection and XSS, a robust authentication system, and active community support, prioritising security best practices.

Note: Our development team will have access to the L’SAUVE Partner app for management and maintenance purposes.
